It took a dominant display from Victor Oladipo before “The King” could be stopped. Victor Oladipo who made his first All-Star game this season showed why he is an all-star.
Victor Oladipo had 32 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals to help the Pacer take the first game against Cavs and avenge their last season 4-0 sweep in the first round.
“We believe that we can win,” Oladipo said. “We came into this game with a mentality that we wanted to attack on both ends of the floor and play the way we’ve been playing all year, and we did a great job of that. It’s only one game, it’s only Game 1.”
The game two will still be played at Cav’s Quicken Loans Arena on 19th of April.
